I'm a Delivery & Engineering Manager with over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Life Sciences and Pharma software delivery.
My journey started as a Frontend Developer working with React, Angular, and Node.js. I founded my own consulting practice (daw-st.pl) and progressed through roles as Solution Architect at Piwik PRO, Delivery & Engineering Manager at Appsilon, eventually becoming a leader managing complex projects for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients.
Today, I focus on delivering GxP-validated systems and data-intensive applications while building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. My approach combines technical expertise with empathetic leadership to drive exceptional results.
